Execute make.com to build the program. The version from this server compiles and links without errors, but for OpenVMS versions prior to 7.3 you'll need the xvmsutils installed on your system. Small modifications applied to quiesce some compiler warnings.

Information due to version 1.0.

This version also runs on Linux.
