Command line URL transfer

Comes as a tar-gz file.

The original source distribution already contains support for OpenVMS. There are some small build issues, which are addressed in the archive from this server. The most severe is that curlmsg.h is missing and you do need SDL to recreate it from curlmsg.msg. All changes have been forwarded to the maintainer.

Information is due to version 7.15.0.

This version also runs on Linux.
