Free TrueType font rendering engine.

Comes as a tar-gz file.

The original distribution already contains some support for OpenVMS, i.e. if you are able to find it there is a descrip.mms, which allows to build the Freetype library. I've added build scripts for the test programs as well as the contributed applications and wrapped all the necessary invocations into one DCL script (vms_make.com), which can be executed from the root directory of the source tree. Still it is necessary to have MMS/MMK installed on the system to perform the build.
