Gnuplot is a popular package for doing graphs.

Comes as a tar.gz file.

To build execute configure.vms.
You'll get several warnings during the procedure, but a running exe is produced. The changes necessary to make it build without problems were submitted to bug-gnuplot and you may find them here.

This version also runs on Linux.
