Netlib implements a common IP-network programming interface for OpenVMS.
Comes as a zip-file.
Either use vmsinstal to setup on your system (requires privs) or rebuild
from sources using the supplied description file
with MMK/MMS. Rebuilding requires the
Bliss compiler.
Versions 2.4 and later only support Alpha and Integrity servers. If you
are using a VAX download version 2.3D.
